11. When a situation contrary to this Charter occurs, the top management themselves will try to solve the problem, investigate the cause and prevent recurrence. In addition, we will promptly and accurately disclose information and accountability to society, clarify authority and responsibility, and strictly dispose of themselves including ourselves.
